SOTAX FT 300 genera importanti informazioni sulle caratteristiche di fluidità di miscele, polveri e granulati. I nuovi lotti possono essere qualificati con un confronto con quelli più vecchi. Rilevare problemi nel flusso di polvere aiuta ad evitare problemi in una fase molto precoce durante l’elaborazione della compressa e questo si traduce in un grande effetto di risparmio sui costi. Inoltre, FT 300 fornisce anche informazioni sul flusso degli ingredienti delle compresse, che è una parte importante degli studi sulla formulazione. SOTAX FT 300 produce risultati di test altamente informativi. Per miscelare efficacemente il materiale di prova, il contenitore dell’imbuto ruota due volte in avanti e indietro di 180°. Le custodie per vibrazioni e imbuto sono controllate pneumaticamente. L’apparecchio di prova può essere collegato a una fonte di vuoto per prevenire l’accumulo di polvere (non incluso).

Powder Flowability Tester Flowtest SOTAX FT 300 (Q-Doc software package included).

SOTAX FT 300 generates important information about the flowability characteristics of blends, powders and granulates. New batches can get qualified with a comparison to older batches. Detecting problems in the powder flow helps to avoid problems in a very early stage during tablet processing and this results to a big cost saving effect. In addition, the FT 300 also provides information on tablet ingredient flow, which is an important part of formulation studies. The SOTAX FT 300 produces highly informative test results. In order to mix the test material effectively, the funnel container rotates forward and backward twice through 180°. Vibration and funnel enclosure are pneumatically controlled. The test apparatus can be connected to a vacuum source to prevent dust build-up (not included).

Includes AC plug, VGA cable (for balance), operating instructions, Q-Doc flowability software package and the corresponding instructions. The Q-Doc flowability software package for Windows 2000/XP permits the storage of methods as well as test results and customized reports are also possible. It’s available with LIMS capabilities and can also be networked.
